The newly designed spacious home is carefully positioned on 1.6 hectares of heritage land fully surrounded in mature trees.
On offer is three bedrooms one queen bedroom, one king ensuite room, and two king singles in the third room, large bathroom including full bath and shower, two lounges,
Conveniently positioned close to Mystery Creek event centre, the Avantidrome and other nearby attractions include; Hobbiton (30 mins), Glowworm caves (50 mins) and Lake Karapiro (15 mins).
